A “parcel locker” can also be a pickup point — there a shop assistant hands the parcel over. At checkout every point says which it is; the price is the same either way.
The free-delivery threshold is the basket's goods total before discounts and promo codes.
Pickup at the salon — free · your order waits 7 days, then €1.50 per day.
Mardi 1, 10145 Tallinn
An order paid on a working day before 14:00 usually ships the same day. Times are the carriers' estimates; the tracking number arrives by e-mail once the parcel is handed over.
Payment happens on Montonio's secure page — the shop never sees your card details.
You have 30 days from receipt to return an unused item in its original packaging — no reason needed. E-mail us with the order number — we send the instructions and the address; the refund goes back the same way within 10 working days after the check. Opened cosmetics cannot be returned, for reasons of hygiene.
1.1 Seller — REMPIRE (Rempire Store OÜ), a company founded and operating under the laws of the Republic of Estonia, registry code 12216136.
1.2 Buyer — a natural person of at least 18 years of age, or a legal person, who buys goods or services from the Web store, or who uses the Web store intending to buy goods or services from REMPIRE.
1.3 Web store — the REMPIRE electronic store at www.rempireshop.com.
1.4 Contract of sale — the contract for the sale of goods concluded between the Buyer and the Seller under these rules.
1.5 Collection point — the point at which goods are handed over to the Buyer, operated by REMPIRE.
1.6 Rules — these rules for the distance selling of goods, which set out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms on which the Seller's goods and services are bought and paid for, how goods are delivered and returned, the liability of the parties, and the other terms that apply to buying and selling in the Web store.
2.1 These Rules are a binding legal document. They set out the mutual rights, obligations and liability of the Buyer and the Seller and the other terms that apply when goods or services are bought from the Web store.
2.2 The Buyer may buy in the Web store only after accepting these Rules. By placing an order the Buyer confirms that they have read the Rules and agree to them. Where the Buyer does not agree to the Rules, no order can be placed.
2.3 The Seller may amend, supplement or correct the Rules. Amendments take effect when they are published in the Web store and apply to orders placed after that moment. The version in force at the time an order is placed applies to that order.
2.4 The Seller is not liable, and does not compensate any loss, where the Buyer has not read the Rules although they were made available.
3.1 The contract of sale is concluded when the Buyer has assembled a basket, chosen a delivery method and a payment method, read these Rules, and confirmed the order.
3.2 The contract takes effect from the moment the payment reaches the Seller's account, or — where payment by invoice has been agreed — from the moment the order is confirmed by e-mail.
3.3 Every contract of sale is stored in the Web store's order records.
3.4 Where the Seller cannot supply an ordered item, the Buyer is informed and the sum paid for that item is refunded without delay, at the latest within 14 days.
4.1 The Buyer may buy goods in the Web store on the terms set out in these Rules.
4.2 The Buyer may withdraw from the contract in the cases and on the terms set out in the Returns policy and in §§ 56 and 561 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act.
4.3 The Buyer must pay for the goods and accept them in the manner chosen when the order was placed.
4.4 The Buyer must give accurate contact and delivery details. The Seller is not liable for a delivery that fails because the details given were wrong or incomplete.
4.5 The Buyer must observe these Rules and the law of the Republic of Estonia.
5.1 The Seller undertakes to make the Web store available, subject to interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond the Seller's control.
5.2 The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods to the address or collection point chosen by the Buyer.
5.3 The Seller may cancel an order where the Buyer has not paid within the agreed period, or where the order is manifestly erroneous — for example an obvious pricing error. In that case any sum already paid is refunded in full.
5.4 The Seller may restrict or withdraw a Buyer's access to the Web store where the Buyer breaches these Rules or attempts to disrupt the store's operation or security.
6.1 Prices in the Web store are shown in euros and include value added tax at the rate in force. The delivery charge is shown separately at checkout before the order is confirmed.
6.2 The Buyer pays by bank link (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop), by payment card, by Apple Pay or Google Pay, or — for companies — by invoice with a payment term of 7 days.
6.3 Card details are entered on the payment provider's own page. The Seller neither sees nor stores card numbers.
6.4 The order is prepared for dispatch once payment has been received.
6.5 An invoice is sent to the Buyer's e-mail address together with the order confirmation.
7.1 Goods are delivered by parcel locker, by courier, or collected in person at Mardi 1, 10145 Tallinn.
7.2 Orders placed on a working day before 14:00 are usually dispatched the same day. Delivery inside Estonia normally takes 1–3 working days; to Latvia, Lithuania and Finland 2–5 working days; elsewhere in Europe 3–8 working days.
7.3 Delivery charges depend on the destination country and the carrier chosen, and are shown at checkout. Delivery inside Estonia is free above the order value stated in the store.
7.4 The delivery times given are the carriers' estimates. The Seller is not liable for a delay caused by the carrier, by weather, or by other circumstances outside the Seller's control, but will help the Buyer trace the parcel.
7.5 On receiving the parcel the Buyer should check the packaging. Where the packaging is damaged, this should be noted with the carrier and reported to info@rempireshop.com without delay.
8.1 An order for collection in person waits at Mardi 1, 10145 Tallinn for 7 days free of charge. Proof of identity is required.
8.2 After 7 days a storage fee of €1.50 per day may be charged.
8.3 A parcel left uncollected at a parcel locker is returned to the Seller by the carrier. Where the Buyer then asks for the order to be sent again, a further delivery charge applies.
9.1 The characteristics of every item are described on its product page. The Seller is not liable where an item's colour, shape or other properties appear different on the Buyer's screen from how they appear in reality.
9.2 The Seller is liable for any non-conformity of the goods that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years, in accordance with §§ 217–218 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act. During the first year of that period the non-conformity is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
9.3 A complaint about non-conformity must be sent to info@rempireshop.com within two months of the moment the Buyer became aware of it.
9.4 Where a complaint is upheld, the Seller repairs or replaces the item or, where that is not possible, refunds the purchase price.
9.5 Cosmetics carry a shelf life shown on the packaging. The Seller undertakes not to dispatch an item whose shelf life is close to expiry.
10.1 The Seller may run campaigns and issue discount codes, and may change or end them at any time; a change does not affect an order already placed.
10.2 Unless stated otherwise, only one discount code applies per order, and codes do not combine with campaign prices.
10.3 Gift cards are valid for the period stated on the card and are neither exchanged for cash nor refunded.
11.1 The Buyer is liable for the accuracy of the details given when ordering and for any loss caused by inaccurate details.
11.2 The Buyer is responsible for keeping their account details secure and must not pass them to third parties.
11.3 The Seller is not liable for the content of third-party sites reached through links in the Web store.
11.4 Neither party is liable for a failure to perform caused by force majeure.
12.1 The Seller sends all notices to the e-mail address given by the Buyer when ordering.
12.2 The Buyer sends enquiries and notices to info@rempireshop.com or by telephone to +372 5623 7237.
12.3 Marketing e-mails are sent only where the Buyer has consented, and every such message carries an unsubscribe link.
13.1 These Rules are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia.
13.2 The parties settle disputes by negotiation. Where agreement is not reached, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Endla 10a, 10122 Tallinn, www.tarbijakaitse.ee) or to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
13.3 Where a provision of these Rules proves invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
