This policy explains what personal data Rempire Store OÜ (registry code 12216136, Mardi 1, 10145 Tallinn) collects when you use the REMPIRE web store, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. We are the controller of that data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
We may update this policy — for example when we add a service or change a supplier. The current version is always published here, and the date of the last change is shown at the foot of the page. Where a change materially affects you, we will say so by e-mail or with a notice in the store.
We only collect what an order or an enquiry actually needs. We do not collect special categories of data, and we do not ask for your personal identification code.
Your name, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address or chosen parcel locker, and — for a company order — the company name, registry code and VAT number. If you write to us or use the chat, we keep the message and our reply. If you leave a product review or ask to be told when an item is back in stock, we keep the e-mail address you gave for that purpose.
Your IP address, the type of device and browser you use, the pages you looked at, and the contents of your cart. This is used to keep the store working, to keep it secure, and to understand which pages are useful.
Our payment provider tells us whether a payment succeeded, along with the last digits and the type of the card. We never receive the full card number. Carriers tell us the status of a parcel and its tracking number.
The store uses cookies and similar local storage. Necessary cookies keep your cart, your chosen language and your session — the store cannot work without them, and they need no consent. For visit statistics we use only a temporary random tab id (sessionStorage): it disappears when the tab closes, is not a cookie and is never shared; we record the page, language, country and device type — never a name, e-mail or IP address. We also keep what is typed into the shop's search: the phrase itself and how many products it found — this is how we see what shoppers look for and do not find. These records are kept for 90 days and then deleted. There are no advertising or third-party cookies.
We share data only with the processors we need to run the shop, and only what each of them needs:
We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it on for anyone else's marketing. We disclose data to a public authority only where the law requires it.
The store links to other sites — brand pages, social networks, the carriers' tracking pages. This policy does not cover them; please read theirs.
The store is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to info@rempireshop.com and we will delete it.
Data travels over an encrypted connection and access to the shop's records is limited to the people who need it. Order and accounting records are kept for 7 years, as the Accounting Act requires. Customer-service correspondence is kept for 2 years. A newsletter subscription is kept until you unsubscribe. Data we no longer have a reason to keep is deleted.
You have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased where we no longer need it, to restrict or object to our processing of it, to receive it in a machine-readable form, and to withdraw a consent you gave. Write to info@rempireshop.com and we will answer within one month.
If you think we have handled your data wrongly, please tell us first at info@rempireshop.com. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, www.aki.ee), or to the supervisory authority of the country you live in.
The store is operated from Estonia and the data is stored inside the European Economic Area. Where a processor operates outside it, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
