These terms apply to every purchase made in the REMPIRE web store at www.rempireshop.com, operated by Rempire Store OÜ, registry code 12216136, at Mardi 1, 10145 Tallinn. By placing an order you confirm that you have read them and agree to them.
REMPIRE is a barbershop and grooming store in Tallinn. We sell professional hair, beard, face and body care, fragrance and our own merchandise — the same range our team works with in the salon.
You may buy from the store if you are a natural person of at least 18 years of age with full active legal capacity, or a legal person acting through an authorised representative. No account is needed: you can order as a guest.
Choose your goods, add them to the cart, enter your contact and delivery details, choose a delivery and a payment method, and confirm the order. The contract of sale is concluded when the payment reaches us — or, where payment by invoice has been agreed, when we confirm the order by e-mail. We send an order confirmation to the e-mail address you gave.
We may decline or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, where the price shown was manifestly wrong, or where we cannot verify the details given. In that case anything already paid is refunded in full.
Prices are in euros and include value added tax at the rate in force in Estonia. The delivery charge is added at checkout and shown before you confirm. The price that applies to an order is the price shown at the moment the order is confirmed; a later change to a price does not affect an order already placed.
You can pay by bank link (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop), by payment card, by Apple Pay or Google Pay, or — for companies — by invoice with a payment term of 7 days. Payments are handled by our payment service provider; card details are entered on the provider's page and are never seen or stored by us.

Your right to return goods, including the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under §§ 56 and 561 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, is set out in the Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
We are liable for any non-conformity that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years (§§ 217–218 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act). Please tell us within two months of noticing it, at info@rempireshop.com. We will repair the item, replace it, or refund it.
Unless we say otherwise, one discount code applies per order and codes do not combine with campaign prices. A gift card is valid for the period shown on it, is not exchanged for cash and is not refunded. A code is treated as used only once the order it was used on has been paid.
We take care to describe every item accurately, using the manufacturer's own information where we have it. Colours may look different on your screen. Packaging and formulations occasionally change without notice; where a change is material, the product page is updated.
The texts, photographs, logotypes and design of this store belong to Rempire Store OÜ or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Brand names and trade marks belong to their owners.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Beyond those rights, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. We are not liable for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our control.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. We aim to settle any dispute by agreement — write to info@rempireshop.com first. Where that fails, you may apply to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Endla 10a, 10122 Tallinn, www.tarbijakaitse.ee), or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
We may change these terms. The version published in the store at the moment you confirm your order is the version that applies to that order.
